Terms of Service

1. The Service

Flux Studio provides AI-powered fashion production infrastructure, including the Digital Garment Twin, Brand DNA, and Talent Twin engines, plus generation, validation, and asset management tooling.

We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the platform.

2. Accounts & Plans

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Usage is metered in credits according to your plan. Generation requests consume credits; failed generations are refunded automatically.

3. Your Content & Ownership

You retain all rights to the garment images, brand assets, and other content you upload.

Subject to your plan, you own the assets generated for your organization and may use them commercially.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload your content and to generate derivative assets from it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to infringe intellectual property, impersonate individuals without authorization, or generate unlawful content.

Talent Twin identities must be created and used in compliance with applicable likeness, model-release, and publicity rights.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Enterprise plans may include specific service-level commitments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data subject to your plan.
